David C. Vuong graduated from Thurgood Marshall School of Law in Houston, Tx, and has now been practicing law since 2006. Over the years he has represented thousands of individuals in matters as diverse as personal injury and criminal defense. What he began to notice in his practice, however, was that his community did not have the same access to information and legal resources as did the mainstream population in matters of medical malpractice, defective pharmaceuticals and medical device claims, as well as general consumer products liability. David took this disparity as an opportunity to teach his community about Alternative Dispute Resolution. He utilizes his keen understanding for personal injury disputes to help clients of all kinds reach a solution outside the courtroom.
