As a mediator I have successfully settled a large number of cases including but not limited to simple personal injury cases, multiparty cases including catastrophic injuries, multiple death cases, commercial litigation cases, construction cases, complex stock holder derivative cases, real estate cases involving wide range of issues, HOA cases and cases involving international law.

• My success rate at resolving cases as a mediator is 100% except for one case which is currently set for a second round of mediation and one multi -party case with a hand amputation in which we resolved the case with the plaintiff and the two primary defendants but not with one defendant with questionable liability.
• Successfully mediated and resolved all four of the commercial litigation cases which I handled while I was in London.
• Licensed to practice law in Texas by the Supreme Court of Texas in 1989.
• Licensed to practice law in all United States District Courts for the four U. S. Judicial Districts in Texas, starting in 1990.
• Licensed to practice law as a Solicitor in England and Wales (not currently practicing), 2008.
• Certified Mediator in Texas (1999) , England and Wales (2006).
